Ira Glass on working through the suck

It’s sort of easy to get into his argument if he directs you as having really good taste, though I think he has a really valid point in keeping busy to get out of the suck. “It’s actually by going through a volume of work, that you’re going to catch up and close that gap, and the work you’re making will be as good as your ambitions.”
