Languages you will be writing in:

• PHP (OOP, PHP5, MVC-model, yadda yadda, ask our developers ;))
• Ruby (competence with the Ruby on Rails framework is required)
• Javascript (besides the language itself also experience with frameworks such as jQuery and Prototype)

Core competences:

• Kicking ass
• Besides working with computers, working with people
• Being serious about version control
