So I see some articles pop up on mobile web development. Good. It’s a part of webdesign I’m highly interested in. But please, do realize that over 99.9% of the people who surf the web on their mobile phones do not own an iPhone.

(30/03/08) The stats on iPhone usage in the U.S., as announced in the SDK release presentation are pretty impressive.
So does that mean we should just ignore design tips that assists people that do?

This is like building a website that only works on Opera.
September 23rd, 2007 at 7:06 ∞Nonetheless the iPhone is a good indicator of what the mobile web should look like (and should have looked like from the beginning :s). I am sure a lot of companies will follow in the footsteps of Apple.
