Who said what when: presenting Twistory
Twistory is a twitter mashup by Tijs Vrolix. To give you a head start: the official website is here. Try it by going to this URL (change wolfr to your username to see yours).
If this doesn’t work you’ll have to ask Tijs to include you in the list of users that get ‘followed’ by Twistory. This is what you get when you import the calendar into your favorite calendar application: (click for bigger version)
I have no idea what else is in store - the Twistory site’s heading says ‘not even beta’, which sounds like feature incomplete to me. Seeing my tweets in a calendar made me think of command line style applications that would involve sending a tweet (a command) to a certain user, providing a time-based backlog. Time tracking simplified basically.
Another idea: make the mini-app idea I talked about earlier real: one could grab the RSS feed of twitter.com/radio (the playlist of the Belgian radio station I mostly listen to) along with mine, then filter mine on a certain keyword (e.g. song) in a calendar application. That would probably lead to a worryingly complex interface for what I want to do and a lot of spamming my followers on my part. But it would be an interesting experiment nonetheless.
